If you would like to cancel your appointment you can notify me by e-mail or phone.

If for some reason you are unable to show up at the salon at the reserved time, please let me know in time!
Due to the fact that the reorganization will take time, cancellation / change of date is possible free of charge 48 hours before the booked time (by e-mail or telephone) taking into account the opening hours.

If you cancel your appointment the day before time I will charge a 50% of cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment on the day you should come, I will charge a 100% of cancellation fee.
